At The Caulking Finger, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the terms described below.
Return Window
You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request and ship a return. Requests made after this 10-day window cannot be accepted.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused or in resalable condition. Please pack the item securely to prevent damage during return transit.
Return Shipping & Handling
Return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, you will receive a full refund of the product price to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at Christy@thecaulkingfinger.com with a photo of the issue, and we will make it right.
